Bedrock Counseling is a trauma-focused group practice seeking compassionate clinicians who are passionate about helping clients heal and thrive. Our practice specializes in trauma-informed therapy with a strong emphasis on EMDR.

We serve adolescents and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, relational challenges, and life transitions. We are looking for clinicians who value authentic therapeutic relationships, clinical excellence, and professional growth.


Responsibilities
 

• Provide individual therapy to adolescents and adults

• Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans

• Utilize trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

• Collaborate with a supportive team of clinicians

Qualifications
 

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field

• Florida licensed clinician or registered intern (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT or intern status)

• EMDR trained or open to EMDR training

• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
